There were three sellers, which could have easily resulted in a communications nightmare. Sacola was always quick to respond to questions ensuring that all sellers were informed of answers as appropriate. In addition to using phone calls, texts, and emails to communicate, she used video footage of herself when it was necessary to explain things in greater detail. This was particularly helpful and impressive as it made the experience very personable. It was as if she was in front of me having a conversation. She provided above and beyond assistance going the extra mile when needed. She is trustworthy. I always felt that she was working hard on our behalf to get the best price for our home and ensure the best sales experience. She was very assertive in performing her realtor duties and her degree of professionalism can’t be beat. She was friendly at all encounters and a delight to work with. We are so thankful that we chose her to be our agent. I cannot think of anything that she could have done better. I highly recommend her.
